 I Must Do This!

Being determined to achieve a goal & only desiring to do so are two very different mindsets.

Turning 52 & realizing that I must do something if I want to maintain good health because I was heading down a dangerous path.

I needed help, so I met with Katria of The principleofwell-being. All I said to her was, “Please don’t ask me to become a vegan.” She said that was never her intention. I was impressed. In her professional opinion, drastic changes cannot be sustained long term.

Her approach is practical, and I was relieved. Katria is very knowledgeable, and I trusted her instructions, she teaches how to do it for the long-haul. I knew I had found the right coach.

She laid out the plan. I quickly realized that only determination would see me through, so off I went. Eliminating from my diet everything she suggested; incorporating walking a few times a week, and starting my food diary. Recording everything I ate was not always convenient, but a picture is still worth a thousand words.

Every day I kept telling myself, “You must do this!” I am so very appreciative, after 4 years I am not a diabetic, my blood pressure issues disappeared, and so too the extra weight, like stealth it came off.

Thank you Katria so very much, you taught me how to succeed, and good choices have become a part of my daily living.

I started Art of wellbeing because I saw how overwhelming healthcare is today. We have so much access to information yet we are more confused  than ever before. We are making ourselves unwell as a population, through how we eat, move, think, socialize, and live while traditional care layers on more info, making it hard for us to focus and stick with simple care with desire results.

 

A lifelong Great listener/Coach, I discovered my mission early in life.

At an early age, I decided I would devote my life to helping people start and succeed in their well-being journey.
